Personal Training - £25 per hour
This will be tailored to meet your personal goals whether this be to lose weight or body fat, get fitter, prepare for an event or generally be healthy!
Strength and Conditioning Sessions
£25 per hour for non Funct Fitness members
£20 per hour for members
£50 per hour for groups of three
These sessions will be solely designed to make you a stronger, leaner, more powerful athlete/individual. Sessions will combine olympic lifting, power lifting and gymnastics in order to do so!
All above sessions can be individually tailored to any specific sport, competition, event etc!
Personal Training sessions will (ideally) take place during the closed hours of the gym on any day! If there are any queries then please do not hesitate to contact me!
